Black Ranger Compute Exchange is a two-sided marketplace connecting verified providers of GPU and AI-compute capacity with customers who need raw GPU rental, batch processing, AI inference, private endpoints, reserved capacity, and managed compute services.

The fee
The core marketplace fee is 10% of eligible customer compute charges. Providers receive 90% before any clearly disclosed adjustments, taxes, payment-processing costs, refunds, or optional service fees.
Black Ranger Compute does not own the listed hardware. Most compute capacity is supplied by independent providers. We operate the marketplace, verification system, matching process, workload-control layer, metering, ledger, and settlement system.

Why verification and metering matter
Providers and nodes move through an administrator review before capacity can be listed. Sensitive infrastructure detail is never published.
Deployments record usage events with idempotency support, so charges and proceeds are derived from measured consumption rather than estimates.
Customer charges, provider proceeds, and the marketplace fee are recorded as separate immutable entries. Finalized entries cannot be edited.
